Russell Gould walks into the post office.

Quantum grammar, the Title Four flag, and the eighteen days that changed everything and nothing.

Two men had spent the previous decades trying to step out of the masonic government system through the only door they had identified, which was language itself.

David Wynn Miller was a former tool and die maker from Wisconsin who had decided that the construct holding everyone in place was grammatical. The certificates, the contracts, the statutes, the pleadings, all of them were written in a fictional grammar where adjectives modified nouns and where words could mean two things at once and where the past, present and future tenses overlapped in ways that allowed for legal sleight of hand at every clause. He went underneath that and built a parallel system in which every sentence had to be mathematically correct, in which every noun was a fact and every verb was a now-time event, with no fictional grammar permitted.

Russell J Gould joined him and added the now-time aspect, which gave the construct its own jurisdiction. A statement made in correct quantum grammar, located in the present tense and tied to verifiable mathematical facts, could not be argued against in any court that operated in fictional grammar, because the fictional grammar would be void on its face the moment the quantum grammar was filed.

Together they took the masonic books from which the Crown derives its authority, every one they could lay hands on, including such core texts as Manly P Hall's The Secret Teachings of All Ages, and they rewrote them in quantum grammar. They filed the rewritten versions with the Vatican, the National Security Agency and several other locations on the planet. The Vatican studied the filings for five years before 1999. They knew what was coming.

What was coming was the eighteen day vacancy. The Crown had to vacate the Washington D.C. postal location to allow the bankruptcy to close. Gould had been preparing for that window his entire adult life.

On the second of November 1999, Gould went to the United Nations. He asked whether the United Nations held the copyright and patent on the Title Four flag of the United States. It did not matter what the answer was. If it did, the existing contract would be found to contain grammatical fraud and would be voidable. If it did not, the patent was open. He filed a new copyright and patent on the Title Four flag in correct quantum grammar, in his own name, as a sovereign.

The United Nations recognised the filing. Gould was declared a sovereign. Because the masonic books on which the Crown's authority rested had already been resubstantiated in quantum grammar and filed in the Vatican, the moment the United Nations accepted Gould's quantum filing the entire old monarchic system was disqualified at the level of its own paperwork. The bloodlines, the charters, the patents, the chartered corporations all the way up to the Crown itself, were void. Not by revolution. By grammar.

Gould then flew back to Washington with the Title Four flag in tow and, during the postal vacancy, walked into the Washington D.C. post office and filed in as the new Postmaster General. Because the Washington post office had always been linked to the Canadian postal node, the act of filing gave him postal jurisdiction over the entire North American continent. The handover that Bush senior had agreed with the Crown was no longer available. There was nothing to hand over to. The corporate vehicle that the new world order had been preparing to install no longer had a charter to exist.

He had also, in the years before, written a new United States Constitution. A new Bill of Rights. A new Declaration of Independence. He had reissued the charters for every federal municipality. He had captured the flag for the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, the Marines and the Coast Guard, and resubstantiated each of them under quantum authority. And he had built a new banking system, anchored to a new strategic metals contract derived from his own quantum elemental chart, which gave the United States, for the first time in its history, the lawful authority to print and mint its own coinage without reference to the Crown's strategic metals contract.

All of that was in place by November 1999. The Federal Reserve, by any honest reading, has had no charter to issue dollars since that date. The Internal Revenue Service, as the collection arm of the now-extinct national debt, has had no statutory basis since that date. They continued to operate, and continue to operate, because the country was never told what had happened.

Gould then spent the next several years travelling the planet to resubstantiate every international body whose authority depended on the same masonic chain. The International Maritime Organisation in London. The Universal Postal Union in Bern. The International Bureau of Weights and Measures in Sèvres. The International Patent Office. Each of them had to re-file under his quantum authority, because the chemistry, the postal timelines, the standards of measurement and the patents for every product on Earth had been disqualified the moment the elemental chart underneath them was rewritten.

When the United Nations asked him what land he chose for his jurisdiction, the answer he gave with Wynn Miller was precise and extraordinary. They chose the land of the courts during the time of the contract. The reasoning was clean. The courts are where every contract on Earth is defended. If you own the land of the courts during the moment a contract is at issue, you own the contract. From that moment, any contract brought into any court using the old fictional grammar can be voided as grammatical fraud and bank fraud, on the spot, by anyone who knows the procedure.

Most people do not know the procedure. That is the whole problem.

Not by revolution. By grammar.
